Frames

A frame groups related items. Move the frame and everything inside moves with it.

Frame and unframe

• Place a frame with the Frame tool (F) and put items in it
• Select items and press ⌘G to wrap them in a frame
• ⇧⌘G removes the frame (its items stay)

Arrange the contents

Select a frame and choose Layout at the top. The arrangement is kept as you add or remove items.

Layout	Good for
Freeform	Placing things by hand (default)
Grid	Same-size cards in a grid
Vertical · Horizontal	A single column or row
Wrap	A row that wraps to the next line
Columns	Content split across several columns

Flowcharts, swimlanes, trees, and timelines are chosen under Diagrams.
