Credits

Credits are prepaid extra usage. They’re used after you reach this month’s usage limit. You can buy them any time, even before you reach the limit.

Buy

Section titled “Buy”
  1. Click Buy… in Settings › Usage › Credits
  2. Choose an amount: $20 (default), $50, $100, $200, or Other amount ($5–$500)
  3. Pay on Stripe’s page

Expiry

Section titled “Expiry”

Credits expire 6 months after purchase. The ones expiring soonest are used first, and you’re notified before they expire.

Auto-reload

Section titled “Auto-reload”

When your balance drops below a set amount, Folto buys more with your saved card. The default is buy $20 when the balance falls below $5. It becomes available after your first credit purchase.

Monthly limit

Section titled “Monthly limit”

Set the most credits that can be used in a month (none, or $10–$500). Once reached, no credits are used that month.
